Our 2013 Dumas Station Cabernet Sauvignon from Walla Walla won “best of class” at the recent 2017 Cascadia Wine Competition. Organized by the publication Great Northwest Wine, the show compared over 90 Cabernet Sauvignons across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and British Columbia, and our came out on top.
“…offering bright and bold berry aromas of boysenberry, currant jam, black pepper and raspberry tea that don’t get lost behind the 30 percent new barrels. Its solid tannin structure balances the luscious and perfectly ripe fruit, melding the elements of berry jam and juice.”
Food pairings: Enjoy with barbecue, beef stir-fry, braised ribs or chicken with figs and Port-style.
