Minnick Hills grapes, for wine made at Dumas Station

Come join us for a relaxed “Pre-Harvest Dinner” at the winery. We’ll have our winemaking equipment on display, and will give a brief tutorial and answer any questions you may have.  We promise we won’t put you to work!

Dinner will be catered by Grassroot Gourmet Catering Co. of Dayton, and we will have all of your favorite Dumas Station wines available by the glass and by the bottle.

Appetizers:

Assorted stuffed mushrooms
Bruschetta with rosemary roasted plum tomatoes, ricotta, prosciutto

Main Course:

Grilled pork tenderloin with peach poblano chutney
Fresh polenta with tomato concasee
Sweet onions and wilted greens

Dessert:

Salted caramel strawberry on vanilla mousse

To purchase tickets simply email info@DumasStation.com and let us know how many seats you would like. Limit of 32 guests. First-come, first-served. $35 wine club members / $45 guests. Price includes meal, one glass of wine, tax, and gratuity.
