This wine is lovingly referred to as “our leftovers” by our Winemaker Jay.  An appealing aroma of candied and caramelized mixed fruit and spice develops into scents of dark cherry, plum, blueberry, blackberry and boysenberry, mixed with hints of roasted nuts, caramel/butterscotch, vanilla, cedar, and toasted oak.

The wine is concentrated and full-bodied, with balanced acidity, fine, chalky tannins, and a long finish. Flavors of ripe cherry, ripe plum, and red currant predominate, followed by boysenberry, blueberry syrup, spice box, and berry jam on the finish.

Blend: 35% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 10% Syrah
