2016 Cow Catcher White

With summery aromas of fresh beeswax, lemon, citrus peel, and fresh-cut herbs, this full-bodied white tastes of fresh citrus, green apple, asian pear, grapefruit, and a hint of guava or nectarine.  The zesty, palate-cleansing acidity leads to a long, cool finish and a creamy texture.  Perfect for summer foods or just sipping.
